Are you detail-oriented, compassionate, and ready to be a key player in a fast-moving legal team? We’re looking for a Legal Assistant / Case Manager to be the calm, capable bridge between our attorneys and clients.

At Family Law Revolution, you’ll be more than just an assistant — you’ll be the first voice of support and reassurance for families in transition. You’ll manage deadlines, communicate critical updates, and keep cases moving forward with heart and precision.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first line of contact for clients with warmth and professionalism

• Ensure cases progress without delays by tracking court dates, filings, and deadlines

• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients about next steps and status updates

• Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and client files

• Support attorneys with administrative tasks and hearing prep

• Manage our Client Portal and respond promptly to messages

• Collaborate with the team to keep the case timeline on track

What You Bring:
 2+ years of experience in family law or legal admin preferred
 Strong communication skills and a naturally upbeat, caring demeanor
 Tech-savvy with experience using case management software, Google Suite, and multi-monitor workstations
 Superior attention to detail and calendar management
 A calm presence and emotional intelligence in client-facing situations
 Reliable, proactive, and organized — you love a good checklist
 Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
 Live locally or are planning relocation to the Ontario, CA area
