Courts Covered: San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties

Are you an experienced litigator with a heart for helping families? We’re looking for a Family Law Attorney who is confident in court, passionate about guiding people through life’s toughest transitions, and committed to resolving cases with clarity, compassion, and strength.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values transparency, legal excellence, and empowering clients to move forward with confidence.

In This Role, You Will:

• Represent clients in court hearings (RFOs, DVROs, MSCs, Trials, etc.)

• Draft persuasive pleadings, declarations, and briefs

• Oversee paralegals and case managers

• Guide clients through strategy, preparation, and next steps

• Manage document gathering and discovery

• Negotiate settlements aligned with client goals

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
 Has strong litigation and courtroom experience
 Is confident with negotiation and creative case strategy
 Can write clear, concise declarations (5–7 pages)
 Communicates with empathy, honesty, and professionalism
 Understands California Family Law deeply
 Has experience with complex estates ($200K–$2M+)
 Is organized, tech-savvy, and billable-hour conscious
 Works well independently and collaboratively
 Thrives in a growth-minded, mission-driven firm
